Introduction to Conflict Competency
Self-awareness and interpersonal tools to help owners and managers navigate tensions on the job
In this participatory two-hour workshop, Jeff Carolin will offer a facilitated “flow” of interactive activities that will introduce participants to core mindsets and skill sets that have the potential to transform moments of conflict and tension from breakdowns in relationship to breakthroughs.
Guest speaker: Jeff Carolin
Jeff Carolin is a conflict coach, facilitator, and mediator. When working with groups, Jeff focuses on inviting people into a more intentional and relational way of being together, which then allows the group to tap into the wisdom, experience, and skill that is already present.
