The Presidents Club THINK Training program will provide you with
comprehensive training targeted at narrowing the gap between how you
WISH your people would behave and work in your business, and how they
are currently performing.

Here are some tips to help you get started:

• Consider
  setting up a Clarity For The Boss binder, with 6 tabs – one for each of
  the THINK Training Building Blocks: Foundation Building, Smoother
  Operations, Culture of Engagement, Productive People, Improved Profit
  and Revenue and Sustained Performance
• Engage with your peers in our Forum. Start your own thread or join
  another. The more you ask, the more you learn. The more you share, the
  more you will realize you are not alone. The more you mentor, the more
  confidence you will build for yourself. The more you network, the more
  doors you will open.
• Join the monthly President’s Club live WebEx – get a chance to
  engage in live dialogue with us and your peers in the Forum. Join in by
  following the WebEx invitation on the first Tuesday of every month –
  starting March 1 2011
• Remember to check your Dashboard regularly by logging in, it’s where you track your program progress, Clarity Points and more!
• Pace
  yourself! We have intentionally pre-scheduled the modules to ‘open’ for
  you once every two weeks, beginning on the day you start your first
  module – Current Reality Check.
• Customize your program with the Navigator GPS, (a part of the
  first module), and the next 25 THINK Training modules will be sequenced
  based on your responses to our GPS questions.
• Don’t worry if you
  aren’t ready to start a module on the date it is scheduled – we know
  you are busy. We have spaced them two weeks apart so that you are not
  overwhelmed with content, and so that the small changes in thinking and
  action each module encourages have a chance to ‘sink in’, and get test
  driven in your business, with your people.
• Mark our Spring and Fall online Lunch and Learn dates in your
  calendar and Join us! by requesting a reminder email on our Resources
  page.
