| The Rules | Display Rules |
| Floor Covering | Order a floor covering equal to the entire square footage of your booth. It is mandatory. |
| Proof of Insurance | Get a certificate from your broker showing proof of insurance, with a minimum $2 million coverage. It is mandatory. |
| Worker/Supervisor Awareness Training | Complete the Ontario Ministry of Labour’s Worker/Supervisor Awareness training program for all staff setting-up/tearing down your booth. It is mandatory. |
| Health and Safety | Equip all staff, working during move-in/-out with personal protection equipment (steel-toed shoes, hard hats, gloves, ear and eye protection). It is mandatory. |
| Misrepresentation | Don’t get blindsided by companies that may misrepresent their products or services. You may be approached by Trade Directory Publishers, Housing Bureaus and Attendee List Brokers, claiming to be ‘Landscape Ontario’ representatives. Landscape Ontario does not endorse any companies other than those listed here. |
