Introduction
Revisions by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment to the Pesticide
Act require that, effective January 1, 2000, all unlicensed pesticide applicators must
become Registered Technicians in order to apply pesticides commercially under indirect
supervision.
To meet the anticipated need and sucessfully implement the Pesticide Technician Program a
network of industry examiners is required.
