Congress Safety Release Forms
Dear exhibitor,
We have noticed that we have yet to receive your Safety Release Form for the Congress Trade Show in January 2007.
Landscape Ontario and the Canadian Fence Industry Association are committed to ensuring that the show floor is a safe work zone. This requires the cooperation of all involved.
Landscape Ontario and the Canadian Fence Industry Association advises all exhibitors that you must adhere to the following safety policy during move-in and move-out. Please note that the Toronto Congress Centre is a site that is under the Occupational Health and Safety Act and consequently you must follow all the safety regulations and procedures that are outlined in the Act and by the facility.
Please go to our website: www.locongress.com and click on 2007 Exhibitor Manual. Under Required Forms section, please download the Safety Release Form and fill in the necessary information and fax to us as soon as possible. Please also take the time to read the safety policy, which can be found under Safety Shoes.
Also, for those of you that have not already sent us your Certificate of Liability Insurance, please do so as soon as possible. If you need information on this, you can also find it on our website: www.locongress.com and click on 2007 Exhibitor Manual. Under Booth Planning / Rules & Regulations section, click on Certificate of Liability Insurance.
