| Ottawa area employers: Become an Employer Sponsor and send your staff for in-class training at Algonquin College Landscape Ontario registers all employers and apprentices through the MLSTD for the Horticulture Technician 441-C Apprenticeship Program in Ontario. We are calling on our Ottawa employers to complete this survey for the purpose of increasing the number of employers and apprentices within the Horticulture Technician 441-C Apprenticeship Program in Ottawa. Algonquin College conducts the in-class training for the Apprenticeship Program for the Ottawa region. In 2021, the in-class training for Level 1 did not run due to the low demand for the in-class training portion of the program. Currently, we run the risk of Algonquin College not running again for 2022 if we do not increase awareness and engage our current and prospective employers/apprentices in the Ottawa area to register staff with the apprenticeship program We thank you in advance for taking the time to complete this survey and look forward to your feedback.
