Available only to LO members, the program may also extend to discounted gas transportation costs where applicable. While firm details have yet to be hammered out, the program is split into two categories covering members with gas consumption under 700,000 m3/year and those over 700,000 m3/year. The program will be available to those in the Enbridge Consumers Gas and Union Gas utility areas, but can extend to other utility companies.
F & V Co-Op provides only natural gas, however, it is also investigating wholesale prices for electricity and oil.
To assess the viability of this membership benefit and potential savings, please provide LO with a contact and company name, annual gas consumption (m3 or GJ), the name of the present utility company and its rate (if known), as well as your natural gas requirements (greenhouse, garden centre, warehouse, other).
