Message to exhibitors for Congress 2021

We have been closely monitoring the trade show situation globally. Face-to-face events matter more than ever and will continue to play an important role moving forward. We have also been communicating weekly with other associations, show producers and venues regarding their outlook for the immediate future. We are encouraged by their plans to establish a wide variety of safety procedures and protocols.

So the question is: “Will Landscape Ontario Congress still be happening in January 2021?”

The honest truth is that it is too early to tell.

We are hoping for the best but planning for the worst. We are continuing to plan for a face to face show while at the same time exploring a number of virtual show platforms. The show will go forward in one form or another. Our preference is “face to face”. We will be making that decision by September 2020.

In the meantime there are a number of large industry shows in the US who are going to a virtual trade show model this summer. We will be participating in these events and encourage you to do the same. It is very important that we explore virtual options together.

In the past few years we introduced many new digital elements to your show marketing package. We continue to explore additional elements to add value and ensure your company reaches your audience.
