Tony DiGiovanni   Share your safety plans with LO’s Task Force
As we continue preparing for the lifting of work restrictions, everyone agrees: Now is the time to implement new safety protocols. This means much more than making lists; it means implementing everyday processes to create a new safety awareness. Everyone should practice the processes to make them part of your everyday routine.

LO’s Safety Protocols section on the Covid-19 Resource Hub is a top resource. You will find sector-specific protocols, plus other information that will save time and money, and maybe even lives. Take special note of the PPE and Safety Product Suppliers Page. This list is constantly updated to help you source the supplies your company needs.

A top concern is restroom facilities for field staff. Find download links for the GoHere washroom locator app on the Safety Protocols page, as well as Ontario 511 Traveller Information’s Trucker Mode interface, including the Truck Rest Area layer, and privately-owned Truck Friendly Stops.

The province is asking industries to provide the safety protocols they are implementing to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Do you have ideas on setting or implementing protocols? Please contact the Task Force to contribute. Thanks to all the Landscape Ontario members working together to plant hope.

Tony Tony DiGiovanni
Executive Director, Landscape Ontario
