Moving ahead safely
 
Complacency is a threat to our sector’s prosperity. LO’s Covid-19 Task Force cautions all members to consistently follow safety protocols — to protect staff, customers and all Ontarians. 

Safety policy information is free and available at the Safe Work Protocol section of LO’s Covid-19 Resource Hub. Don’t be complacent and let processes slip. Be compliant; it’s the road to prosperity.

LO’s next Town Hall Webinar is scheduled for tomorrow at 5 p.m., a new time slot to better suit busy work schedules. Respected business consultant Jeffrey Scott is the special guest and Task force members will pose your questions. Register here.

A way to say thanks
 

Task Force members have been brainstorming ways the green profession can thank front-line workers meeting the Covid challenge. Ideas include taking nominations to recognize a special worker, perhaps with green product or a garden makeover.
 
  • Do you like this idea, or do you have a different one to suggest? Either way, please let the Task Force know here.
  • Would you be willing to participate in recognizing a worker with product or labour? Please indicate interest here; the Task Force is not yet asking for a firm commitment.
