  1. Open the pdf of the certificates (below)
  2. Find your certificate (in alphabetical order)
  3. Go to the pages icon on the top left side of the certificate
  4. A side bar will pop up with thumbnails of the certificates. Your certificate should be highlighted in red, if not, check the page number your certificate is on and select your certificate from the side bar
  5. Hold the left mouse button over the thumbnail of your certificate and drag the icon over to your desktop
