Important Congress Exhibitor Deadlines

Thank you to those of you who have already confirmed that you will be joining us at Congress in January 2022!

By now, you should have received your Reservation for Congress 2022 email from ‘noreply@expofp.com’ with all of your account details and the next steps. If you have not received it, please be sure to check your spam folder and mark the email address as safe. If you would like us to resend it to you please email showinfo@locongress.com . Be sure to look at the Exhibitor Next Step Guide below to make sure you don’t miss out on anything important!

UPCOMING DEADLINES
Friday, June 18 – Early Bird Pricing Deadline
Friday, June 25 – Last day to confirm your booth
We have received a number of booth size increases, relocations and new exhibitor requests. To help us successfully plan, we have had to set a few new deadlines. We will be holding your current exhibit space until June 25th. If we have not heard from you by June 25th, your space will be released.

If you do wish to release your space, please complete this form

* Reminder: Booth confirmations require your 20% deposit as well as the signed contract agreement.
