STIHL training days is coming to London! This full day of experiential learning provides students with free training on STIHL equipment such as blowers, line trimmers and the battery product line. Students will be taught safe operating techniques in both a classroom setting and through hands-on experience that is closely monitored and guided by STIHL staff.

20 students enrolled in a Horticulture and Landscaping Specialist High School Major or Green Industry Programs are invited to attend this full-day workshop on April 4th from 9am-2pm. Second year Fanshawe students will also be participating in this experiential learning day! Registration is on a first come first serve basis for this years pilot project

9:05a.m.  Safety Presentation & Engine Theory (STIHL classroom)
10:30a.m.  Station 1: Line Trimmer/ Edger (outside)
11:20a.m.  Station 2: Blower (outside)
12:05p.m.  Lunch
12:35p.m.  Station 3: Cut-off Saw (outside)
1:35p.m.  Wrap up information: students receive their Certificate of Completion (STIHL classroom)
2:00p.m.  Bus Arrives high school students head back to school
