This one-day workshop facilitated by a Master OJT Trainer that applies industry proven practices that will lead to quicker training, more effective and productive trainees and apprentices, and improve safety and quality standards. This is a great opportunity to have your trainers learn new skills to increase productivity in your organization’s workforce.

This half-day event  will show you how to utilize apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship to improve your culture of training and aid in recruitment and retention of staff. With a panel of industry professionals and active apprentices, this is a great opportunity to find out about benefits and incentives and ask questions.
