It is my pleasure to invite you to the 2019 Chapter Strategic Planning Meeting.

We are taking a different approach this year and modifying what had been previously known as Governance. This year, we ask that you select 1-2 delegates from your Chapter board, such as your president and provincial board representative, along with your respective chapter coordinators to join us for ‘The Chapter Strategic Planning Meeting’.

This meeting will include brainstorming and planning sessions to develop a comprehensive chapter strategic plan. New chapter resources will also be distributed to take back to your chapter.

8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The agenda for the day will be finalized shortly, but topics for discussion will include:

  • Review of LO’s strategic plan
  • Chapter update; sharing successes
  • Chapter processes; finances, communications etc.
Your Chapter representatives are invited to attend the Grounds Management Lecture event on February 27 courtesy of Landscape Ontario. We are also offering a block of hotel rooms available for those traveling and who would wish to stay over. Mileage expenses will be covered.
