Toronto passes bylaw on construction dust
As of Sept. 4, a new bylaw is now in effect in the City of Toronto to regulate residential construction dust. Under th Toronto Municipal Code Chapter 417, dust applies to residential construction, including decorative stonework, retaining walls and walkways.
