Garden Makeover eblast Windsor 04-20-2021

In the Summer of 2020, Landscape Ontario launched the Garden Makeover Program as a way to recognize the dedication of frontline workers across the province.The association received over 1,000 nominations from friends, neighbours, patients and family members, who each shared incredible stories of selflessness, devotion and compassion.

 
We are hoping this Saturday, April 24 is going to work for the Garden Makeover project. 
Thanks to some hard working volunteers we have secured the following items for our
Garden Makeover:
 

• plants (20% discount and one donation – Maidstone Tree Farms)
• water feature (donated – Aquascape) 
• 90 rolls of sod (donating a bag of fertilizer – L & M Sod)
• mulch (donated by Quality Turf Group)

We still need to secure:

• 9 yds. of soil (Daniher) 
• 200 ft. of black poly edging 
• tools (wheelbarrows, shovels, spades, brooms, rakes etc.)
• A few more volunteers (2-4)
