Style at Home magazine is looking for a landscape designer interested in helping out at its first annual public home show.
Margot Austin, senior design editor of Style at Home, says a landscape designer is needed for about two hours on either Saturday, Sunday or both days to answer questions in the magazine’s feature area, Design Cafe. Areas of interest include curb appeal, decks, exterior colours and stains and hardscaping, trees, etc. “It would be good if it is someone who can handle questions about exterior paint colours and architectural improvements, such as porches, shutters, roof colour, etc.,” says Austin.
The three-day show will take place at Toronto’s Direct Energy Centre, October 17-19. It is a great opportunity for a LO designer to showcase his or her portfolio and get people thinking about their fall/spring projects.
