The Horticultural Technician 441C Apprenticeship Program has been educating, training, and developing thousands of skilled and top-performing horticulture and landscaping professionals leading to successful employee retention and career progression.

Employers registering employees must:

• Be a registered Employer Sponsor of the Horticultural Technician 441C Apprenticeship Program with Landscape Ontario. If you are not registered, LO’s Apprenticeship Team team can register you in as little as 15 minutes.
• Attend an Information Session to discover the benefits, tools and resources available to both apprentices and employer sponsors.

PPE Kit* eligibility for new entrant workers:

• Must be 18 years of age or older, a resident of Ontario, and eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be new to the horticultural and landscape profession.
• Have attended an Information Session with Landscape Ontario.
• Have an Employer Sponsor and have started the apprenticeship registration process in the Horticultural Technician 441C Apprenticeship Program with Landscape Ontario by Feb. 28, 2022 (all documents must be completed and submitted by March 31, 2022).
• Have not received PPE through other programs.
