Request for Feedback: Access Landscape Horticultural professional development programs this year at NO COST to you!
Dear All, Based on the success of the GROW program in 2020-21, we have secured a government grant to offer the program again in the Toronto, Hamilton, and Kawartha Muskoka regions at no cost. About the GROW Program: |
| NEW ENTRANT TRAINING Program |
INCUMBENT WORKER TRAINING Program |
EMPLOYERS OF CHOICE Program |
| Provides basic technical and employability skills training to 150 new entry level workers for employers located in the three regions. | Provides an opportunity to advance and upskill 1-2 employees per firm who possess potential qualities of being a remarkable supervisor but face barriers to achieve this position. |
Enables employers to enhance internal HR Leadership practices, resulting in more effective recruitment, and improved employee engagement, productivity, and retention to support strategic business growth. |
| If you are interested in participating in either the Incumbent Worker Training program or the Employers of Choice pathway this year, then we need your feedback to identify the best time to deliver these programs for you and your employees.
Please click here to complete a 3-minute survey for your valuable feedback by next Friday, April 30th, 2021.
