ONE OF NORTH AMERICA’S 100 BEST EVENTS FOR 2011

The American Bus Association (ABA) announced today that Canada Blooms: The Flower and Garden Festival, held March 16-21, 2011 at the Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place, Toronto, has been designated as one of the Top 100 Events in North America. Canada Blooms was one of only ten events from Canada to make ABA’s Top 100 list. Inclusion in the Top 100 list, published as a supplement to the September/October issue of Destinations magazine, indicates that Canada Blooms offers excellent entertainment value to both tour groups and individual travelers from around the world, according to ABA.

Canada Blooms is also recognized as one of the Top 100 Events in Ontario as confirmed by Festival and Events Ontario. Canada Blooms provides a wonderful escape from the winter blues where visitors can experience magnificent, fully landscaped feature gardens. Guests can marvel at the innovative talents of Ontario’s most creative florists, catch a breath of spring while exploring Canada’s Largest Floral Competition and learn from over 100 seminars, workshops and demonstrations by Canada’s most recognized experts.
