Bill 148 and your business

Bill 148 has now taken into effect. How did this legislation effect your business operations this season? Landscape Ontario’s Executive Director, Tony DiGiovanni, will discuss the association’s role in lobbying for Landscapers and what Bill 148 means for your business. This is your chance to review and share how you have adjusted to the changes that this bill presented. Together, we will review possible scenarios that fellow LO members have experienced and what were the outcomes including emergency leave, overtime requirements and the concept of ‘equal pay for equal work’ and how to justify this based on seniority, merit etc.
