The pressures on the ornamental grower industry escalate daily. Growers must deal with increased environmental legislations and decreased access to pest control products. Non-food products are not high on the priority list for either the provincial or federal governments. More than ever, growers will need to be unified through more efficient use of their national and provincial grower associations.
