Steps to add signature to your emails:
- Open Gmail on your computer (cannot add signature in mobile)
- Click on Compose
- In the email composition window, click on the pen icon in the bottom footer [‘insert signature’]
- Click on Manage Signatures
- Close email composition window (it’s in the way)
- Click on "Create new"
- Name this new signature (2025 LO Signature)
- Copy the below signature (starting at John Smith, and ending at the upcoming events banner)
- Paste into the empty signature window
- Change the name from John Smith to your name
- Change Marketing to your title
- Change the phone number to your phone number
- Change the email address to your email address
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings window to save changes.
- Delete old signature
