Re: Hoop House Permits and Potential Tax Assessment
There are two municipalities in Ontario considering requiring a permit for erecting a Hoop-House. Landscape Ontario’s perspective is that a Hoop-House is simply a temporary overwintering structure that should not attract the need for permits or tax assessments.
