The Employers of Choice Program provides participating employers with actionable tools, training and networking opportunities. In turn, participants will learn how to implement best practices and techniques that will ultimately improve workforce attraction, recruitment, retention and productivity.

Time commitment: 

• 2 hours per week online group-based training
  (Wed. and Fri. from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.)
• 6 hours per week of independent work

Off-season schedule: 
Program runs Dec. 2-11 and resumes Jan. 6-Feb. 19, 2021
