GROW Incumbent Worker Training Program

• Learn about Workplace Health and Safety pertaining to supervisors
• Obtain foundational supervisory skills through experiential learning
• Learn legal responsibilities of supervisors
• Define Key Goals and paths to achievement
• Participate November 2020 – March 2021
• Acquire knowledge, skills and abilities to bring back to the Company in the spring season
• Receive an individual training plan funded by the government

Training consists of:
 

• The Virtual GROW Foundational Supervisory Training Program.
• Virtual Worker Awareness Health and Safety Training (4 Step) (if not completed in last 12 months).
• Virtual Supervisory Awareness Health and Safety (5 Step) (if not completed in last 12 months).
• Virtual Supervisor Responsibilities and Due Diligence (provided by WSPS).
• Supplemental courses or certifications (virtual or in person) funded in part by the government of Canada and the government of Ontario. At no cost to Employers and Employees.
