Coach Your Customers to Safety
Supplier-only webinar

We are very fortunate to be one of the first industries allowed to work. This did not happen by accident. Collectively (individual members, LO COVID Task Force, LO Public Relations Committee etc.) we convinced the Premier that our industry can work safely while protecting the health of our employees, customers and the general public. With this privilege comes responsibility. There has been incredible media attention as well as a great deal of public scrutiny. This has given us a huge opportunity to show the public how professional, caring,considerate and trustworthy the landscape/horticulture profession is. It is our turn to shine!

This is where we need your help. We need you to act as coaches, mentors and teachers to your clients. As a collective of suppliers you are in contact with every member of the industry. You have a huge role to play in helping your clients work as safely as possible. With your influence and support we will be able to “raise the bar” of professionalism and public trust.

On Thursday, May 14 at 1pm we are hosting a supplier-only webinar. We have put together an excellent panel of fellow suppliers that are willing to share their ideas and experiences. You will be able to participate in the discussion via chat.

The panelists will include:

  • Rob Allison – Kubota
  • Rob Vanderkruk – Connon Nurseries
  • Jon Durzi- Miller Compost

Each panelist will speak about safety protocols in their own business as well as what they are doing to educate and support their customers. After the presentations we will open the webinar chat for questions, comments and ideas.
