COVID-19 - Resources

You are not alone.
Follow-up to this morning’s statement about non-essential business shutdowns.

Landscape Ontario’s COVID-19 Task Force is still looking for specifics from legal and government sources, and does not have more to report this afternoon.

Meanwhile members from all sectors should plan to participate in LO’s webinar for green pros titled Maintain Future Business: Practical ideas to protect and preserve your company.

This session will be a strategic discussion to support members as we navigate through these uncharted waters. Discussion will include strategy and best practices around:

  • Financial planning & managing risk
  • Preserving cash
  • Leadership managing your people
  • Customer relations
  • Sales & Marketing
  • Ask your questions
Mark your calendars for Thursday, March 26, 10 – 11:00 a.m. It will feature business leaders including: Jeff Olsen of Brookdale Treeland Nurseries, Jamie Riddell of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Alan White of Turf Systems, Sheridan Nurseries’ Colin Cruji and Peter Guinane of Oriole Landscaping. LO’s Tony DiGiovanni will moderate. The sign-up link will appear in tomorrow’s LO Enews.

The Task Force is mobilized to pass new information on to members as soon as it’s received.
