Good afternoon,

We are two weeks away from Governance 2020. If you could please let me know if you are able to attend, that would be great.

While we are appreciative of how unique each chapter is, there are a lot of similarities between regions. Chapters all host educational meetings, most have a golf tournament or other special events, and all are committed to growing membership. It is in this spirit that we will be hosting our annual Governance meeting as an opportunity to learn from each other and establish best practices for Chapters. We invite all members of the Chapter boards to attend. 

This meeting will include:

  • Chapter board member positions, roles, responsibilities 
  • Strategic plan update
  • Overview of the new membership categories
  • Round table sessions with Chapter committees 
  • Development of Chapter Best Practices
  • New chapter resources ​
