Sally Harvey is Landscape Ontario’s Manager of Education and Labour Development. She and her team have been instrumental in developing the Horticultural Technician Apprenticeship program, LO’s HR toolkit and industry certification. She works closely with the association’s partners including the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association, Workplace Safety and Prevention Services and many others. Sally will be providing an update on what she and her team have been working on, strategies to combat the labour shortage and new resources available to business owners.
