A clear plan will help to ensure future success Last week, a special strategic planning session was held with key members of the association. Facilitated by Nathan Helder, our goal was to produce a one-page document that clearly and succinctly describes the purpose, relevancy, priority and goal of Landscape Ontario. The Congress Show Committee has already seen outstanding results using this process, and now, the association as a whole will as well. To no surprise, increasing the availability of a skilled labour force was identified as our top priority. More details will follow shortly. I urge you all to think about this priority and to bring your ideas, comments and feedback to our membership booth and various forums at Congress in January. |
