Sponsorship Opportunities
The Events:
On March 27, 2018, the Ottawa chapter ran its first ever Spa Day. The participants enjoyed a fantastic time thanks to our group of twelve sponsors.
For $ 55.00 per person, the attendees were able to enjoy the Le Nordik Thermal Experience including bathrobe rental and a $25 gift card to put towards food & drinks. This represented a savings of over 45% on the normal price. We plan to offer a similar great value for Spring 2019 and have planned another event taking place November 27th, 2018.
Our new fall event is to celebrate the successes of the past season, while the spring event is a last chance to relax before the busy season hits.
Fifty tickets will be available to members for the fall event, with at least fifty available in the spring. Fall sales are targeted to begin November 8
until sold out. Spring sales are likely to start in February.
Dates:
Tuesday, November 27, 2018 & Tuesday, March 26, 2019.
The November date is about two weeks after our chapter meeting, allowing a push on ticket sales. It falls at a time of year where major snow
is unlikely. The spring event occurs a few days after our final Chapter meeting and immediately after the Ottawa Home & Garden Show.
Sponsorship:
The goal of sponsorship for this event will be to reduce the cost to members while providing sponsors with visibility and recognition. Sponsors will be named in all promotional material for the event.

♦Supporting Sponsor – $150-250 “The Ottawa Chapter Spa Day supported by…”
Sponsors will have to opportunity to sponsor both events at a discounted rate,
for example, Title Sponsor of both events for $1600.
Sponsors have the option to provide promotional material to be added to a
“goody-bag” for each participant.
