YMCA program connects employers and youth

Committed to helping youth between the ages of 16 and 24, the YMCA Job Connect Program pre-screens candidates based on employers’ desired criteria, and will subsidize part of the employee’s wages during the training period.

The total amount of subsidy is determined by the employment opportunity being offered, the learning curve of the training period and the specific individual being trained. This translates into less time and money spent on searching for an addition to your workforce.

The YMCA is a non-profit organization and is funded exclusively by government grants and private donations. Services are non-fee based and completely free to use by the youth and businesses in the community.
