IPM Accreditation Protocol
The IPM Accreditation process consists of a written examination, ongoing Professional Development credits, adherence to the IPM Code of Practice and a company audit. The full “IPM Acredited” logo will only be used after passing the audit.
In order to prevent inappropriate use of the logo and terminology, the IPM Council will not grant accreditation to any firm that misrepresents the process or uses the logo in an unauthorized manner. Any further use of such material will be considered false advertising and will cause the offending company to fail IPM audit requirements.
Unauthorized use of the IPM terminology and logo should be reported immediately to Landscape Ontario in writing.
