| Register now for Eastern Ontario Apprenticeship The University of Guelph-Kemptville College will host the apprenticeship program for Eastern Ontario. Year one courses begin on Monday, November 17th. It is a hands-on training program for people who want to work in skilled trades or occupations. About 90 per cent of apprenticeship involves on-the-job training by employers. Two classroom sessions of related theoretical training are offered at the Kemptville campus. Level 1 is on November 17, until January 23, 2009 (8 weeks) and Level 2 is on January 5, 2009 until March 27, 2009 (12 weeks).
