Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) Exam Landscape Ontario office, Milton An initiative of the Irrigation Commodity Group, the CIT program was developed to provide a minimum standard of competence in irrigation design, installation and maintenance. This program includes a home study guide. A certificate of proficiency is awarded upon successful completion of the two-hour written exam.
